Shopping List

  • Bread Sauce (prepare sauce as directed on the packet)
  • 12 Slices Bread
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Cooked Turkey Breast
  • Bacon – 2 Slices Per Person
  • Mixed Salad Leaves
  • Tomatoes (As Required)

Method

  1. Spread 8 slices of bread with cranberry sauce.
  2. Top each slice with some mixed salad leaves and sliced tomatoes.
  3. Layer on your cooked turkey breast and bacon to each slice.
  4. Top with a good helping of bread sauce.
  5. Place one slice on another and top with a final slice of bread.
