  • 15g GR Scorching Hot Rub with Habanero
  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 1 Beer of Choice (in a large can)
  • Oil As required
  • 1 BBQ

Method

  1. Light BBQ and leave to heat
  2. Baste the chicken with oil and rub the GR Scorching Hot Rub with Habanero until coated thoroughly. 
  3. Open the can of beer and pour out half of the content ( or drink if you wish!). 
  4. Carefully place the cavity (butt) of the chicken onto the can and press down firmly (like it’s sitting up). 
  5. Position the chicken and can upright onto the BBQ and leave for around 1 ¼ hours or until fully cooked.  
  6. Carefully remove the chicken from the BBQ, discard the can and enjoy!
