  • 1 x packet GR Gourmet English Sage, Garden Herb & Red Onion Stuffing Mix (125g)
  • 4 x Chicken Breasts, diced
  • 25g Butter
  • 1 x tbsp Flour
  • 250ml Milk
  • 142ml Carton Double Cream

Method

  1. Pre heat the oven to 200oC/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Place the stuffing mix in a large mixing bowl. Add 250ml of boiling water to stuffing mix and stir thoroughly. Leave to stand until the water is absorbed then gently remix.
  3. Heat the butter in a large pan, stir in the flour and cook for a minute.
  4. Gradually add milk and cream and simmer until sauce thickens.
  5. Pan fry diced chicken for 10 minutes until cooked through.
  6. Place the cooked chicken into an ovenproof dish and spoon over the sauce.
  7. Crumble stuffing on top to form a lid.
  8. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes, until the stuffing is crisp and golden brown.
