  • 15g GR Flaming Hot Rub with Scotch Bonnet
  • 650g Beef Mince
  • 90g Water
  • 45g Dried Breadcrumbs
  • 16 Portobello Mushrooms
  • 80g Blue Cheese
  • Rocket To garnish
  • Oil As required

Method

  1. Mix the GR Flaming Hot Rub, Beef Mince, Water and Breadcrumbs together in a bowl. 
  2. Divide into eight equal amounts and form into burger patties. 
  3. Leave to stand for 30 mins to allow flavours to develop. 
  4. Place patties in a pan with oil and cook until golden brown. 
  5. Place the mushrooms under the grill and cook until softened. 
  6. Using 2 mushrooms as your burger bun, add tour burger, rocket, and blue cheese.
