  • 15g GR Smouldering Hot Rub
  • 2 Skinless Salmon Fillet
  • 1 Avocado, Sliced
  • 4 Ciabatta Rolls
  • Rocket As required
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Sliced Red Onion As required
  • 2 tablespoons Sour Cream & Chive Dressing



  1. Preheat the oven to 200oC and turn on the grill. Alternatively, fire up the BBQ. 
  2. Skin the salmon fillets and drizzle with Olive Oil. Coat the Salmon with 1x 15g GR Smouldering Chipotle Rub sachet.  
  3. Place the coated salmon on baking tray and bake for 25 mins or until cooked.  
  4. Toast the Ciabatta bread under the grill for 2 mins. 
  5. Smear the bread with Sour Cream & Chive Dressing. Add a handful of rocket, a sprinkling of sliced red onion and the Chipotle Salmon.
