Place the vegetables and tinned tomatoes into your slow cooker pot.
Blend the Vive Le Veg Cassoulet Sauce Mix with the water and (optional) wine. Add to the slow cooker and stir thoroughly.
Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on LOW or until the vegetables are tender and cooked through (keep covered during cooking, cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
Remove the lid and stand for 5 minutes before serving.
