- 1 x Packet of GR Gourmet Slow & Steamy Morrocan Style Tagine Sauce Mix
- 2 x Large Red Onion (diced)
- 10g Veg Oil
- 450g Chicken Breast
- 2 x Courgette (cut into chunks)
- 500g pumpkin (peeled and cut into chunks)
- 1 x Tin Chickpeas
- 1 x Tin Tomatoes
- 1400ml Water
- Natural Yoghurt (as required)
- Fresh Coriander (to garnish)
Method
- Place the vegetable oil into a large pan and add the onions. Cook on a low heat until browned.
- Add the chicken, courgette, pumpkin, chickpeas and tinned tomatoes.
- Blend the lamb tagine mix with the water and add to the pan.
- Bring to the boil, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 90 minutes.
- Just before serving shred the chicken into strips.
- Garnish with fresh coriander.
- Too spicy?! Add a spoonful of natural yoghurt before serving.
