- 1 x No Hurry Chicken Curry Sauce Mix
- 1 x 450g Leftover Cooked Turkey
- 1 x 450g Leftover Potato or Sweet Potato
- 2 x Peppers
- 1 x Onion
- 1 x 400g Tin of Tomatoes
- 1 x 175g Spinach
- 1 x Teaspoon Vegetable Oil
- 1 x 200ml Water
Method
- Add the onion and oil in a heated pan and cook until it is soft.
- Then add the potatoes, sliced peppers and tomatoes & cook for 5 mins before adding the cooked turkey.
- Blend the No Hurry Chicken Curry Sauce Mix with the water and add to the pan, stir thoroughly.
- Bring to the boil then reduce the heat and simmer for approximately 15 mins, stirring thoroughly, until all the ingredients are cooked.
- Stir the spinach through and stand for 5 minutes before serving.
