Place the lamb, onion and peppers into your slow cooker pot.
Blend the contents of the sachet with 200ml of water and add to the slow cooker pot, stir thoroughly.
Add the tinned tomatoes (and optional chopped green chillies if required) and stir again.
Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on MEDIUM until the meat is tender and cooked through (keep covered during cooking, cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
Add the chopped coriander leaves and stir through.
