- 1 x Packet of GR Gourmet No Hurry Chicken Curry Sauce Mix
- 1 x 450g Lamb, diced
- 2 x Large Onions, chopped
- 2 x Red Peppers, chopped
- 2 x Green Peppers, chopped
- 1 x Tin (400g) Tomatoes
- 1 x 200ml Water
- 1 x Fresh Coriander Leaves
- 2 x Green Chillies (optional extra for the spicier palate)
Method
- Place the lamb, onion and peppers into your slow cooker pot.
- Blend the contents of the sachet with 200ml of water and add to the slow cooker pot, stir thoroughly.
- Add the tinned tomatoes (and optional chopped green chillies if required) and stir again.
- Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on MEDIUM until the meat is tender and cooked through (keep covered during cooking, cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
- Add the chopped coriander leaves and stir through.
- Leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
