Shopping List

  • 1 x packet of Gluten Free Sage & Onion Stuffing
  • 1 Tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 x 450g Chicken
  • 1 x 10g Cornflour
  • 1 x 90ml Water

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 200℃.
  2. Cut the chicken into goujon size portions.
  3. Mix the cornflour with the water in a shallow bowl.
  4. Mix the vegetable oil into the stuffing. Pour the Gluten Free Sage & Onion stuffing onto a separate plate.
  5. Dip the goujons in the cornflour and water mixture to cover all surfaces.
  6. Roll the goujons portions in the stuffing mix until fully coated.
  7. Place coated goujons in an oven proof dish and oven bake for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown. Turn the nuggets half way through baking.
