Gluten Free Chicken Burger Serves: 4 Prep Time: 10-15mins Cook Time: 20mins Level: Hard Shopping List 1x Gordon Rhodes Jolly Fine Sage & Red Onion Stuffing Mix 1 TBSP Vegetable Oil 450g Chicken 10g Cornflour 90ml Water Add Product to Basket Method Preheat the oven to 200℃. Butterfly the chicken and cut into suitable burger size pieces Mix the cornflour with the water in a shallow bowl. Mix the vegetable oil into the stuffing. Pour the Gluten Free Sage & Onion stuffing onto a separate plate. Dip the prepped chicken in the cornflour and water mixture to cover all surfaces. Roll the chicken in the stuffing mix until fully coated. Place coated chicken in an oven proof dish and oven bake for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown. Turn them over half way through baking.
