Place the minced beef, red kidney beans, and onion into your slow cooker pot.
Mix the Chilli Sauce sachet with 200ml of water, add to the slow cooker pot, and stir thoroughly.
Add the tomatoes and stir again.
Cover and cook for 4 hours on HIGH or 8 hours on MEDIUM setting until the meat is tender and cooked through (keep covered during cooking, cooking times may vary between slow cooker models).
Slice open your hot dog buns and place on a grill or griddle pan until lightly charred. Add in the hot dog on top.
Place into a large deep baking dish and divide chilli amongst hot dogs.
Sprinkle over the remainder of your cheese then place in the oven at 200C for 15-20mins, or until the cheese is crispy/melted on top.
Top Tip – Serve with jalapeños slices, and crispy or diced onion.
