Shopping List

  • 1 x Packet Chilled Out Chilli Con Carne
  • 500g Beef, minced or diced
  • 1 Tin (400g) Red Kidney Beans
  • 2 Peppers, chopped
  • 1 Onion, chopped
  • 1 Tin (400g) Tomatoes
  • 200ml Water

Method

  1. 1. Heat a teaspoon of cooking oil in a pan, add the onions and beef and fry for 5 mins until browned.
  2. 2. Add peppers, red kidney beans and tomatoes and cook for a further 5 mins.
  3. 3. Mix the Chilli Sauce sachet with 400ml of water, add to the pan and bring to the boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
