  • 1 x Packet Bish Bash Posh Sausage Cassoulet
  • 8 Pork Sausages
  • 200g Chorizo, chopped (optional)
  • 2 Peppers, chopped
  • 1 Red Onion, Sliced
  • 1 Tin Haricot Beans
  • 1 Tin Tomatoes
  • 300ml Water

Method

  1. 1. Heat a teaspoon of oil in a cooking pan, add the onions and sausages (and chorizo if using) and fry for 5 minutes until browned.
  2. 2. Add the peppers, beans and tomatoes and cook for 5 mins.
  3. 3. Mix the cassoulet sauce mix with 200ml of water, add to the pan and bring to the boil.
  4. 4. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes stirring occasionally.
