Place the entire contents of your stuffing mix into a large mixing bowl and add the boiling water. Stir thoroughly.
Allow the mix to absorb the water and allow it to cool.
Add the turkey meat to the mixing bowl. Use your hands to mix until it’s completely blended.
Form the mixture into 10-12 patties to fit the mini buns.
Allow the patties to cool and firm in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Transfer to a baking tray and cook in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked through. Half way through, add the slice of brie on top of the patty to melt,
Slice the buns in half, adding a dollop of the cranberry sauce and rocket to the bread. Place the turkey and stuffing burger on top, adding the top of the burger bun.
Top Tip – Use cocktail sticks to hold together and pin a pig in a blanket on top!
