Cut the chicken into goujon size portions. Mix the cornflour with the water in a shallow bowl. Mix the vegetable oil into the stuffing. Roll the goujons portions in the stuffing mix until fully coated. Place coated goujons in an oven proof dish and oven bake for 15 – 20 minutes until golden brown.
