What GReat news! My quintessentially British classic accompaniment has just been given a gold star in the Great Taste awards and I’m absolutely over the moon (while looking up at my star too of course).

Who’d have thought only a couple of months after launch my Drop Bread Gorgeous Sauce Mix would become part of the most exclusive club in fine food? Well it jolly well has, its ground breaking, gluten free and out there for sharing with all you jolly fine folk.

Here’s what the judges said about it?

‘A well-seasoned classic flavoured bread sauce with onion adding an interesting dimension to it. Lovely flavours of warm nutmeg, aromatic bay and clove. It made a satisfying bread sauce with nothing but honest flavour’.

Although I’ve got my eyes on the stars my feet are firmly on the ground with my thinking cap on when it comes to GReat recipe ideas. So take a sneaky peak, give them a try and tell me what you think?
