We tried the chicken curry mix and thought it was delish! The only thing I can point out as a negative is there didnt seem to be much liquid after following the recipe. I soon remedied this by adding about 1/2 pint of chicken stock. Cooked in slow cooker for about 8 hours…. LUSH! I will be ordering some more of these mixes to try!

We follow the recipe, and have cooked it using both the 4 and 8 hour methods, both have come out fine. We may however follow MJB and try the extra liquid.
The sauce mixes are excellent value, and we have ordered many packets, since our first purchase. Am now ordering another 6 packets today.

Easy & tasty
Picked up this sauce mix in the garden centre (!) and tried it last night. Really easy to make in the slow cooker, and it was very tasty. Shall definitely be stocking up on some more of these, and packing a few in my suitcase to introduce proper curry to friends overseas.

I bought this curry yesterday and having suffered from covid in nov 20 I didn’t have much hope of enjoying as I lost my taste and not tasted anything since.
Well I cooked this curry and wow I tasted something it just hit the taste buds that I haven’t sensed for months. It was lovely. I cant wait to cook again thank you it has given me hope my taste will hopefully fully return ?.
